"At 2:15pm yesterday, 4th August, I ordered a Ranco briefcase in classic tan. Quick as a flash your customer services responded that you had just run out of stock of classic tan but could offer the item in chocolate brown or night black, from stock. I switched my choice to chocolate brown. Before 4:00pm your excellent customer services acknowledged my change of order and informed me that they had managed to pack and dispatch my briefcase in that day's parcel run. It was delivered this morning 5th August, just after 11:00am, less than 24 hours after I placed my order! As I unwrapped and opened the box with intense anticipation, the tantalising smell of leather drifted through the office. The briefcase is stunning!
