Below are the steps on how to order a Maxwell Scott product online. If you do not wish to order a product online you may also place an order by telephoning (0870) 24 24 684 or by sending an email to sales@maxwellscottbags.com


After browsing through the items on offer, select a product you wish to purchase and “add to basket” making sure you have selected both “quantity” and “colour” choice if applicable.

Once you have finished shopping you may “view basket” to see the details of the items you have selected.

Go to checkout. If you have a promotional discount voucher code enter it in the appropriate place on the shopping cart checkout page.

Enter payment details. Our website has a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows secure transactions
of credit/debit card details at all times.

Once your payment details have been entered, please “confirm” your order. You will then receive a “confirmation email” stating that we have received your order and it is being processed.

You should normally receive your order within 3-5 working days. All goods are sent using business/secure post (often UPS) and will require a signiture at the delivery address. Should the item you have ordered be out of stock, you will be contacted immediately by telephone and/or email and advised of the estimated delivery date. In these rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days.
As we appreciate that it is difficult to see a true likeness of a product when purchasing online, Maxwell Scott are more than happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee. On receiving a product from us if you are not satisfied with your choice for any reason, please contact Maxwell Scott within 30 days from receiving the product, to arrange a return and receive your money back (P&P not included).
NB: Items must be returned in original and unused condition. If the item returned comes back damaged due to insufficient packaging and parceling, then we will have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund. |
