On receiving a product from us if you are not satisfied with your choice for any reason, please contact Maxwell Scott within 30 days from receiving the product, to arrange a return and receive your money back (P&P not included).

NB: NB: Items must be returned in original and unused condition. If the item returned comes back damaged due to insufficient packaging and parceling, then we will have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund.

All products manufactured by Maxwell Scott come with an amazing 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee. Due to the high build quality and leather durability these products are designed to last substantially longer than most high street equivalents.

Under this guarantee, we will undertake any repairs due to a manufacturing fault on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge (you only pay the cost of postage). Please note that due to the nature of these products, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse; however we can still repair for a reasonable fee.

Please email us at returns@maxwellscottbags.com in the first instance stating the nature of the problem and date of purchase. One of our specialized representatives will then contact you immediately to help you rectify the problem.
