Due to their high build quality and leather durability, these products are designed to last substantially longer than most high street equivalents.

Under this guarantee, we will undertake any necessary repairs resulting from manufacturing faults on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge (you only pay the cost of postage). Please note, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse; however we can still repair for a reasonable fee.

Please email us at info@maxwellscottbags.com in the first instance, stating the nature of the problem and date of purchase. One of our specialised representatives will then contact you immediately to help you rectify the problem.
