At Maxwell Scott, we do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every customer. As we appreciate that it is difficult to see a true likeness of a product when purchasing online, Maxwell Scott are more than happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

Our Promise to You
On receiving a product from us if you are not satisfied with your choice for any reason, please contact Maxwell Scott within 30 days from receiving the product, to arrange a return and receive your money back (P&P not included).

Please re-package the goods using the original packaging where possible. It is important to make sure the goods arrive back in perfect condition and clearly labelled. If the item returned is damaged due to insufficient packaging and parcelling, then we will have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund. Refunds will be processed on safe receipt of goods, by the means of initial payment. If the item was purchase paid credit card, please allow three to five days for the refund to appear on your account.
