At Maxwell Scott, we do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every customer. As we appreciate that it is difficult to see a true likeness of a product when purchasing online, Maxwell Scott are more than happy to offer you a 30 day full money back guarantee - even if the product does not meet your expectations (Please note we have one of the lowest return rates within our industry).
Our Promise
If you are not satisfied with your choice for any reason please contact Maxwell Scott, to arrange a return and receive your money back (P&P not included). Please return all items to Maxwell Scott using a signed for postal service. If returning goods from outside the European Union, it is imperative that you state the goods as "RETURNS" on the package. We will not be responsible for any VAT, Excise or clearance fees due to incorrect labelling (these costs will be deducted from the original price paid).
Please re-package the goods using the original packaging whenever possible. It is important to make sure the goods arrive back in safe condition and are clearly labelled. If the returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging and parcelling, then we will not be able to issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days on safe receipt of goods by the means of initial payment. If the item was purchased using a credit or debit card, please allow an additional three to five days for the refund to appear on your bank statement / account.
