Returns Policy

At Maxwell Scott, we do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every customer. As we appreciate that it is difficult to see a true likeness of a product when purchasing online, Maxwell Scott are more than happy to offer a 30 day full money back guarantee - even if the product simply does not meet your expectations (please note we have one of the lowest return rates within our industry). Our 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory right to cancel.

Our Promise to You

If your purchase is not suitable for any reason, then please return the item/s back to our UK warehouse and receive a full refund (return P&P not included). Please return all items unused to Maxwell Scott using a signed for postal service. Please re-package the used goods using the original packaging whenever possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of safe receipt of goods by the means of initial payment. If the item was purchased using a credit or debit card, please allow an additional three to five days for the refund to appear on your bank statement / account.

It is important to make sure the goods arrive back safely and in good condition and are clearly labelled. If the returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging/parcelling or the product/s arrives back in poor condition, then additional charges may be incurred for repair and administration. Returning goods from Outside the EU

If returning goods from outside the European Union, it is imperative that you state the goods as "RETURNS" on the package. This must be clearly written in large black letters on the parcel several times if possible.  We will not be responsible for any VAT, excise or clearance fees due to incorrect labelling (these costs will be deducted from the original price paid).
