How to Order
Below are the steps on how to order a Maxwell Scott product online. If you do not wish to order online you may also phone 0870 24 24 684 or send an email to sales@maxwellscottbags.com. They will be pleased to help you with your selection and can advise on all aspects of gift wrapping and delivery. We can accept payment by cheque, BACs or debit/credit card.
Step. 1
After browsing through the items on offer, select the product/s you wish to purchase and “add to basket”. Please make sure you have selected both “quantity” and “colour” if applicable.
Step. 2
Once you have finished shopping, click “view basket” at the top right of the screen to see the items you have selected. Once you are happy with your selection/s, please click "checkout".
Step. 3
Enter all address and billing details as requested. It is important to add the correct registered/ billing details your bank has on file as these will be checked. It is possible to deliver to an alternative address if required (NB. With American Express cards, we can only deliver to the registered billing address). Once details have been entered please click the "Submit" button.
Step. 4
Please enter payment/card details. Our website has a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows secure transactions of credit/debit card details at all times. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club card and American Express. We have also implemented "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Securecode" so you may be asked for your secure password. Once your payment details have been entered, please “confirm” your order.
Step. 5
Once the transaction has been authenticated successfully, you will be directed to the "Thank You" page. You will also receive a “confirmation email” stating that we have received your order and it is being processed.
Step. 6
You should normally receive your order within 1-5 working days dependant on worldwide location. All goods are sent using business/secure post (often UPS) and will require a signature at the delivery address. Should the item you have ordered be out of stock, you will be contacted immediately by telephone and/or email and advised of the estimated delivery date. In these rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days.
