Worldwide Shipping

UK Deliveries
Maxwell Scott now offers Free UK Delivery on all orders

If your order is placed before midday, your parcel will be delivered next day via a signature courier service (Due to the value of goods, all parcels will require a signature). Parcels are normally delivered between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Friday. Some remote areas such as The Highlands, Jersey or ROI may take 2 days for delivery. Please check with Customer Services for remote classified areas.

If you wish to place an order after midday for next day delivery, and are not sure if next day delivery is available, please call 0870 24 24 684 and speak to one of our advisors. We may still be able to dispatch your goods to arrive next dependant on locality and courier collections.

Some small accessories may be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st Class. Most of the items are delivered next day however on occasion this service delivers items within 1-2 days (including Saturday). If the item is urgent and you require it for the next day, please enter the text “require next day delivery” into the delivery instructions box when placing your order online. Alternatively please call one of our advisors on 0870 24 24 684 for assistance.

All orders placed after 5.30pm are usually processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and do not include weekend deliveries. If you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery, this service is available however at a premium surcharge. Should you wish to enquire about a Saturday delivery please contact one of our Customer Service advisors 0870 24 24 684.

Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card for you and may attempt to redeliver 2 more times, after which point the parcel will be returned to Maxwell Scott. Once a calling card has been left by the courier you will be able to telephone to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time, or alternatively collect the parcel in person from a depot (courier delivery) or sorting office (if the item is Royal Mail).

We can deliver to work or business addresses if more convenient, simply enter the billing address of your payment card in the "billing address" section when prompted, then enter your work address in the "shipping address" section.

You will be unable to change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 28 days as all of our products are handmade in Italy. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity. We will then give you the choice of waiting, ordering an alternative item or canceling your purchase. We will do our very best to offer you the service you require!

Europe (European Union)

All orders to Europe are dispatched using signature courier services such as UPS, DHL or Fedex on a 1-4 day service. Smaller Items are sent through Royal Mail using Airsure or International Signed For Service (please note these items may take a little longer). Countries that are located within Europe, but are not members of the E.U., will be charged "Rest of World" shipping rates due to additional handling, import and tariff charges (For example: Switzerland, Iceland, Norway etc.)

USA & Canada Deliveries

All orders to the USA and Canada are dispatched with UPS, DHL or Fedex on a 1-4 day service for larger items. Items to for example New York normally take 2 days. Smaller Items are sent through Royal Mail using Airsure or International Signed For Service (please note these items may take a little longer).

Rest of the World

Orders shipped to the rest of the world are all dispatched using UPS, DHL or Fedex on an express 1-4 day service. Smaller Items are sent through Royal Mail using Airsure or International Signed For Service (please note these items may take a little longer).

We do not currently ship to countries which are not available for selection on the checkout screen.

Tax, Duty and Handling outside of the EU

As the goods are being exported outside of the EU, we will deduct all viable UK tax (This deduction will be shown on the review order page). When goods are exported outside of the EU, these countries will sometimes charge customs tax and/or import duty. As we have removed all viable UK tax, we take no responsibility in paying these charges. All the prices in Dollars marked on our website do include V.A.T (Value Added Tax = UK tax on consumer expenditure). However V.A.T. will be deducted from the product price(s) once the delivery location has been selected in the shopping basket.

Delivery for Christmas

Please note that the last despatch date for Christmas 2010 is as follows:

UK: 23rd December (by 1.00pm)
Europe: 17th December
USA: 17th December
Rest of World: 16th December
