UK Deliveries
Maxwell Scott now offers Free UK Delivery on all orders over £100.

All orders are usually despatched within 2 days using UPS (depending on your location, UPS may forward onto a third party courier). UPS offer a 1-2 business day delivery service Monday - Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm and require a signature on delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, UPS will leave a card for you and may attempt to redeliver 2 more times, after which point the parcel will be returned to Maxwell Scott.

You will be unable to change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse. If an item is out of stock then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity. We will then give you the choice of waiting, ordering an alternative item or cancelling your purchase. We will do our very best to offer you the service you require!

Europe
All orders to Europe are dispatched using DHL or Fedex on a 1-4 day service.

USA & Canada Deliveries
All orders to the USA and Canada are despatched with DHL or Fedex on a 1-4 day service for larger items. Smaller Items are sent through Royal Mail using Airsure or International Signed For Service (please note these items may take a little longer)

Rest of the World
Orders shipped to the rest of the world are all despatched using DHL or Fedex on an express 1-4 day service. This service is denoted on your order confirmation. We do not ship to countries which are not available for selection on the checkout screen.

Delivery for Christmas
Please note that the last despatch date for Christmas 2008 is as follows:

UK: 22nd December (by 1.00pm)
Europe: 18th December
USA: 17th December
Rest of World: 17th December

Tax, Duty and Handling outside of the EU
As the goods are being exported outside of the EU, we will deduct all viable UK tax (This deduction will be shown on the review order page). When goods are exported outside of the EU, these countries will sometimes charge customs tax or/and import duty. As we have removed all viable UK tax, we take no responsibility in paying these charges. All the prices in Dollars marked on our website do include V.A.T (Value Added Tax = UK tax on consumer expenditure). However V.A.T. will be deducted from the product price(s) once the delivery location has been selected in the shopping basket.
