If your order is placed before midday and costs over £100, your parcel will be delivered next day via a signature courier service (Due to the value of goods, all parcels will require a signature). Parcels are normally delivered between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Friday. Some remote areas such as The Highlands, Jersey or ROI may take 2 days for delivery. Please check with Customer Services for remote classified areas.
If you wish to place an order after midday for next day delivery, and are not sure if next day delivery is available, please call 0870 24 24 684 and speak to one of our advisors. We may still be able to dispatch your goods to arrive next dependant on locality and courier collections.
Our small accessories (under £100) are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This service delivers items within 1-2 days (including Saturday).
Please note during the Christmas period (December 3rd - December 21st) accessories that are shipped which usually take 1-2 days (First Class Recorded) may take a little longer. This is due to the high level of parcels Royal Mail has to deliver over the Christmas period. If you require a next day service we recommend selecting 'Next Day Delivery' when in the checkout.
All orders placed after 5.30pm are usually processed and dispatched on the following working day.
On larger items over £100 deliveries are made Monday - Friday and do not include weekend deliveries. Smaller items (under £100) may be delivered on Saturday. If you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery for a larger item, this service is available however at a premium surcharge. Should you wish to enquire about a Saturday delivery please contact one of our Customer Service advisors 0870 24 24 684.
Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card for you and may attempt to redeliver 2 more times, after which point the parcel will be returned to Maxwell Scott. Once a calling card has been left by the courier you will be able to telephone to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time, or alternatively collect the parcel in person from a depot (courier delivery) or sorting office (if the item is Royal Mail).
You will be unable to change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit.
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 28 days as all of our products are handmade in Italy. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity. We will then give you the choice of waiting, ordering an alternative item or cancelling your purchase. We will do our very best to offer you the service you require!
