What Does Our 25 Year Warranty Cover?
If your classic leather bag or small accessory has a fault, our expert team will do everything they can to assess and resolve the issue on-site at our headquarters in York. With over 30 years experience in leather care, you can be assured that your treasured item will be in the safest of hands.
In unique cases, your leather bag or accessory may need to be mended by our talented craftsmen in Italy. In the event of this, our helpful Customer Service team will inform you every step of the way.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover any damage caused to your Maxwell-Scott product by personal misuse, or fair wear and tear. But if your item is ineligible for our warranty, don’t worry - we do offer bespoke restoration in-house for a small fee. If you’d like to take advantage of our repair service, please get in touch here.
Claiming Your Warranty
- To query an assessment or repair for your Maxwell-Scott bag or accessory, please contact our Customer Service team via email or telephone.
- If your item is authorised under the warranty, we’ll ask you to post it to our Head Office for repair. We kindly ask that you include a note with your name, contact number and a short explanation of the fault.
- Once we have received the item, a member of our team will contact you with an update on your assessment or repair.
