How do we sign-up?
To sign up, simply create a customer account on our website. Once you have signed up let us know and we will enable your partner discount.
How do we forward you the order details?
Logon on to your customer and replicate the order with your billing address and the customers delivery details.
How do we forward on the tracking details to the customer?
An automated email will be sent to your account as soon as the order has been dispatched with the tracking details.
How does the shipping work?
We ship worldwide with competitive rates and have a variety of options to suit your customer’s needs:
- Free next day delivery on all orders over £100 placed before 2:30pm shipped with our courier, DPD. (Monday- Friday)
- Orders below £100 are charged at £3.45 and are also shipped with our courier, DPD. (Monday-Friday)
- Free expedited delivery on all orders over $150 dispatched with our courier, UPS. (Monday- Friday)
- Orders below $150 can be shipped with FedEx on 1-3 working day servive at $12.95, or Royal Mail on 5-15 working day service at $5.95. (Monday- Friday)
- The product price includes all sales taxes, duties and importation tax. As the shipper we are responsible for paying these fees. As a customer, there are no additional fees to pay.
We ship worldwide with competitive rates. You can view our rates by simply adding a product to the shopping basket and adding the destination country.
What happens with returns?
All products can be returned for refund or exchange within 30-days from the date of purchase. A returns form will be included in the parcel. The refund or exchange will be authrosied within 48-hours. Please note, we do not supply pre-paid for returns label. We have a 25-year guarantee and will happily repair all items with manufacturing faults. For repairs, please return the item back to our UK wearhosue and we will forward it onto our Italian factory for repair.
Who sends out the invoice?
We can print your invoice in black and white, if no invoice is supplied we will dispatch the order with no invoice and branding. All products are packaged in neutral packaging.
Can you provide us with product feeds? How do you provide the data?
We can supply data in the format which best suits you. We currently use Google Base Feeds, CVS/ TXT files and drop box for photography. If another way is better for you then please let us know, we are always on hand to help.
