With tousled golden hair, a penchant for fashion and an obeying husband with decent photography skills, she is the epitome of a wife blogger. Offering his candid thoughts to Chlo\u00e9&#8217;s readers, Caleb&#8217;s written contributions are refreshing to read in such a female-heavy corner of the internet.&nbsp;With Wife Appreciation Day on the horizon, we interviewed Chlo\u00e9 on why she loves being a wife, what she decided to do with her maiden name and how she changed as a person since Caleb decided to put a ring on it.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Names?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Chlo\u00e9 &amp; Caleb Arnold.<\/p>\n<h6><b>Currently residing in?&nbsp;<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>New York City, NY.<\/p>\n<h6><b>How did you and your husband tie the knot?<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>We tied the knot at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, Missouri. My family is predominately from California, Caleb&#8217;s family is in Georgia and we met working in Branson, so we figured we would have the wedding in Branson. My family also owns quite a few log cabins in the Branson area, so we were able to house most of our family for the wedding. We called the log cabin community our wedding village. I love knowing I have a partner who will go to bat for me, just like I would for him.<\/p>\n<h6><b>What qualities do you believe a wife should have for a successful marriage?<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>I believe patience and good, open communication are vital in a marriage. But I also believe a spirit of adventure and joy are helpful. If you choose to be joyful and look at challenges as an adventure, you can accomplish anything.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h6><b>Do you think you have changed in any way since becoming a wife?<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Absolutely! Being a wife has taught me how to serve others and to put others needs before my own. Prior to being married, I did not realize how often I only thought of my needs or desires. I&#8217;ve also learned to look at things with a new perspective. I love how marriage brings a second set of eyes into each situation. My husband and I view things vastly differently. It is fun to see how my perspective has changed over the years. I&#8217;m slightly old fashioned and love the idea of taking on a new last name to symbolize our new start together.&nbsp;Having said that, I did also keep my maiden name as a second middle name.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h6><b>Is it hard to juggle being a wife with your blogging career and all of life&#8217;s other commitments?&nbsp;<\/b><\/h6>\n<div>More than I wish to admit. Most jobs I&#8217;ve had were 9 AM &#8211; 6 PM jobs. Blogging is a 24\/7 job. I am always trying to create new content and carry my big camera around in my purse almost everywhere. I&#8217;m the person lagging behind to capture the perfect shot. It is hard to juggle your time and focus when you want to give 100% to your husband, blog, friends, and other commitments.&nbsp;Having said that, our lives are very well documented and blogging has reminded me to look for the beauty in each day. I believe blogging helps me cherish and celebrate the little everyday moments- the moments we often granted.
