Please note that these costs may vary due to location, product value and weight. We offer incredibly competitive rates internationally as well as the UK. To attain a quote without checking out, simply add your desired product into the shopping basket. Taxes and duties +

In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs, we recommend that you make sure to select your location from the list of shipping destinations in the top right hand corner. When exporting goods outside the EU, all appropriate tax and VAT will be removed from the price of the product. Please note: we take no responsibility for any import and duties charges within these countries.

Embossed items +

It is important to note that personalised items may take longer than 2-3 days for delivery – especially during the busy festive period. However, our embossing team are very efficient so delivery is usually still quick. If you are concerned about delivery on your personalised items, it is best to contact us directly.

Our Returns Policy +

You have 30 days to return your purchased item(s). This excludes personalised items which cannot be returned. If you would like to return an item, please fill out the returns form provided, enclose it in your package and return to the following address:

Please note: returns should be adequately packed. We cannot be held responsible to any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions or general misuse when in your hands. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please call customer services on 0870 2424684 to arrange an exchange.   Please note: when returning goods from outside the EU, we ask that you clearly indicate on the customs declaration form or commercial invoice that the contents are returned goods and originate from the United Kingdom. This way, you will avoid incurring unnecessary additional import taxes or clearance fees.

Repairs +

If your product needs a little TLC and you would like to inquire about our 25-year warranty, just email or call our experienced customer services team. Then, simply send the item to the address above and we will aim to get the item back to its former glory as swiftly as possible. We will do everything we can to fix the issue on-site in Yorkshire. However, depending on the issue we may need to send your item to our factory in Italy to be mended. This will extend the repair time, but our customer service team will inform you every step of the way about expected date of return.

25 year warranty +

Each of our pieces is handcrafted in the heart of Italy by skilled artisans. We use the finest western cowhides so that our briefcases, handbags, luggage and accessories are durable and practical. With this, each purchase comes with a 25 year warranty so that repairs due to manufacturing faults can be easily and efficiently executed. We believe firmly in sourcing the finest materials and craftsmanship, and so our 25 year warranty has always been unequivocal for founder William Scott Forshaw. We hope that you never need to, but if you do, simply contact our customer services team and they will arrange the repair for you.

Embossed Items +

Due to the personalised nature of embossed items, they can not be returned. We are happy, therefore, if you want to return your purchase to us to be embossed once you are pleased with your order.
