- Quotation & Approval – Receive a tailored quotation based on your selection. We’ll provide visual mockups or samples upon request to ensure your complete confidence before production. Once approved, we’ll move forward with production.
- Production & Delivery – Your bespoke items are meticulously handcrafted in Italy. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, and whether the items are co-branded or bespoke-made, production typically takes 2-6 weeks. Once ready, your order is carefully packaged and shipped to your chosen destination, ready to impress clients, reward teams or mark important employee milestones.
