You can amend your order right up until you click submit your order on the payment page. You are unable to amend your order after this has gone through. To correct this you must cancel your order and make a new one with the correct details.

All products are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if an item purchased is currently unavailable and will offer you the choice of waiting, cancelling or changing your order.
We deliver to the UK, Europe, and most countries Worldwide. Any countries not listed on the drop-down menu when placing an order, we do not currently ship to. We offer a free next day delivery to all UK addresses if you place your order before 2.30 pm, and the order is non-personalised. Timed deliveries and Saturday delivery is also available in the UK for an additional cost should it be required.
Free delivery is also available to US destinations when purchasing via the US website and selecting standard shipping. Express shipping is also available for an additional cost.
For delivery to Australian destinations, delivery is chargeable dependant on the size and weight of the products purchased, however both Economy and Priority services are available.
Europe and Worldwide shipping costs can vary on the size and weight of the product you have ordered. If you are based outside the UK, an estimated transit time will be displayed depending on your destination and chosen delivery service. Read more about our delivery options and costs.
You will receive an email once your item has been shipped with information on how to track your parcel. Please note, after you receive this email, you may not be able to change your delivery address. We use signed for services and therefore you are responsible for planning to receive the goods. Delivery can take place any time from 8am-6pm. It is up to the courier as to when they will deliver your goods, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific time as to when you will receive your parcel.
Where delivery windows are available and communicated, please make sure your contact details are correct at the time of placing the order to ensure notifications are received. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address within this period, or leave precise, detailed instructions when placing an order.
Please note that transit times are estimated, and that on occasion circumstances that lead to customs delays or weather events are out of our control.
Occasionally your goods may be subject to delay. As some things are out of our control such as adverse weather, customs and strikes, we therefore do not take responsibility for such delays, however we make it our duty to contact you as soon as we are made aware of this. All our products are handmade in Italy. This means when an item is out of stock it can take anything up to 28 days to be made and delivered to us. We do our very best to keep in contact with our factory in Italy and will get in touch with you as soon as possible to advise when you can expect your goods. We understand that delays may be frustrating and we make it our responsibility to keep you updated on your order. This includes giving you the choice of waiting, ordering an alternative item or cancelling.
Payments are processed in GBP. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, JCB, Maestro and American Express. Please note that due to a security protocol with American Express we can only ship to your billing address. We do not accept Diners club.
All prices include VAT and are subject to alteration. If your item is being shipped out of the EU we will deduct the VAT at the checkout, however Maxwell Scott cannot be held responsible for any charges that may occur outside of the EU such as import duty or customs tax. As the recipient it is your duty to pay these charges.
We do not share any of your card details or personal information with any third parties. Your card details are processed through a secure system which means we do not store them on our website and cannot access them personally. It is your responsibility for keeping your password and account details confidential and secure. If you believe your password or account details has become known by another individual, or is likely to be then you should contact us immediately. Maxwell Scott cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise through fault of your own to protect your account details.
We have made every effort to ensure all our colours are displayed as accurately as possible, however as our products are natural the colours in the leather may vary slightly depending on the batch. We cannot guarantee the colour of the product is exactly as shown on the website, just as we cannot match items that are not from the same batch of leather. However, if you want your items to go with a previously bought item we will try our best to get as close as a match as possible. As computer monitors vary, we also cannot guarantee your monitor will display the colour in the right tone as intended by us.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. [or] We will collect the goods from you. You must make the goods available for collection. For further arrangements will contact you. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee. We can only refund your item if it is returned to us in within the time period. Refunds will take place within 14 days of us receiving your item and should be returned to us at the following address and clearly marked as ‘returns’.

We offer a 25 year guarantee for the natural life of every product and each item should last considerably longer than high street equivalents. It is our responsibility to repair any manufacturing faults on zips, clasps, stitching and so on, but we are not liable for any damage caused to an item by personal misuse or due to fair wear and tear.
