    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for £15. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC-certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product. Our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on most product pages.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a £20 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.     Finest Full-Grain Vachetta Leather
    Often imitated but never matched, our high-quality full-grain Vachetta leather is unrivalled due to three essential components:
    1. HIDES - we source only European hides reared in perfect conditions, ensuring tough and durable leather with a quality finish.
    2. TANNING PROCESS - we use a natural centuries-old technique of vegetable-tanning which is both organic and sustainable.
    3. TANNERY - Our tannery is based in the heart of Tuscany, arguably the best region in the world. It has been awarded countless awards and delivers some of the 1.5% best leather in Italy. These factors combine to yield a premium, durable leather with exceptional visual appeal.

    As time passes, a captivating patina will develop, subtly transforming its colour and aesthetic as it gracefully weathers the elements, a highly desirable characteristic of pure untreated leather, leaving a legacy of its journey. Unwanted marks and surface scratches can be effortlessly removed due to our slow process of drum-dying the leather all the way through, unlike faster methods of hand and surface dyeing. Our deep, earthy tanned leather is of unparalleled quality, allowing it to retain its natural strength, character, and properties without any alterations or corrections. The process of vegetable tanning requires considerable time and patience, as our hides immerse themselves in drums for 60 days.     Women’s Large Chain Handbag

    A sleek everyday chain bag that can nevertheless be paired with an outfit for any occasion, the Atessa is the handbag for the modern woman. Its iconic brass chain strap adds a contemporary touch to any outfit and extra versatility to the handbag. It is adjustable, so that the bag can either be worn with a long shoulder strap or two shorter handles. The design also features a secure popper fastening which opens to reveal a large main section, lined in pure cotton. There is a slip pocket in the lining to one side and a zip pocket to the other, ideal for separating out a phone or purse for ease of access.
