    I use my bag for business and leisure, replacing an old Samsonite wheeled case; the Maxwell Scott bag is much nicer. It's a better shape for storing my belongings, and is also easier to spot on luggage carousels!!!

    I bought my large Flero in dark chocolate brown three years ago and it is still stunning. The build quality is fabulous and I highly recommend this and Maxwell Scott products to everyone.     After quite some research into the perfect leather weekender for me, I ended up on the MWS site. It took quite some time to decide whether to get the medium size or large. I am not a light packer and I wanted to avoid buying something which would be too small for anything more than 2 nights. I have to say, the large is perfect for me. I was just 4 nights away on a business trip. More than enough room for dress shirts, casual clothes, gym clothes and 2 pair of shoes. This all while still carry on size. KLM, BMI and BA did not have any issues with it and it fits fine in the overhead storage. I received the bag the next business day after ordering. I was in the UK and upon asking MWS they even emailed me the tracking number so I could see I would get it in time before going back to NL. Perfect service. The bag looks great, the leather is beautiful and smells nice. I could not find a single stitching error on it. It looks strongly build and solid. It comes with a storage bag, which for me won't be used for another 6 months as I'll be using the bag every week for my travels. If there is are any improvements possible, I would suggest: Shoulder strap pad could be slightly wider and firm to release pressure and the default luggage tag is so small you have to cram a piece of paper in with your details. That should fit a business card instead. Love it, regretting I didn't get one years ago.

    I ordered the large men's leather duffel bag for my boyfriend on our 2 year anniversary. First, it turned out to be memorable because he proposed, but second, it was memorable because I too had an amazing gift for him. The leather bag was more handsome and rich looking than I ever could have imagined, and he was so pleased with it. I was a little wary of ordering on-line especially because it was not cheap, but it turned out to be the best present ever. The bag is manly and classic and tasteful. I cannot say enough about it. We are very pleased and would definitely order from Maxwell Scott again. Thank you for making such a quality product.

    I ordered a Flero L 1 1/2 week ago and yesterday i received my bag. When I opened the package with my bag , I was pleasantly surprised. The bag looked very nice when i saw it on the website and when I saw it "live" it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. This bag seems like it has an incredibly good quality. I look forward to using it on a four day trip next week :-) It has class, it is sexy, it smells good and for the first time in my life i'm in love with a bag.. I can really recommend this product. :-)

    I am a frequent International business traveller. I wanted a top quality leather bag that would withstand a lot of travel. Firstly, the bag is excellent. Quality is faultless, leather is great and you will not be disappointed. I do have a couple of suggestions for the manufacturers. Firstly, the shoulder strap is crap. Small, uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. The cinch straps on the side of the bag should have also been used for the shoulder! What, did they run out of leather? Secondly, the cinch straps on the side need a few extra holes so that you can actually cinch everything down. If I am paying nearly $1000 (AUD) on this bag I expected better build quality on the little things.

    I recently ordered the FleroL along with some other items (Mitchell Bag and A Doppler Kit). I must first say that I was pleasantly surprised to see that my items arrived within 4 days of ordering! Upon opening the box I was instantly taken by the high quality of the craftsmanship of the items. All three pieces were consistent in quality and color and will be a travel set that I will be proud to use for years to come.     I received my bag on Friday having only ordered it on Sunday, was emailed on Monday by Georgia explaining it was currently out of stock and there would be new stock in by the end of the week .I emailed Georgia back and said I was more than happy to wait. Bag arrived on Friday having been emailed once again to let me know it was coming and arrived at the exact time that I was given. It was perfectly packaged and when I opened it i was the happiest man in wrexham the bag is absolutely stunning down to the last detail this certainly won't be the last time I use maxwell scott would highly recommend to anybody I would just like to finish by saying a big thank you to all concerned.

    I received my FleroL in the mail and the quality (both of the construction and the leather) are as good as advertised. The leather is amazing - beautiful chili color (I bought the chesnut tan). All of the stitching is of excellent quality. This is an expensive item, but worth it in my book. To paraphrase Casino Royale, "I've never seen so much of my money fly out the door so easily...or so stylishly."

    This is the first Flero I purchased, some eight month's ago and it has been so good I’ve purchased the medium too. Outstanding product quality, the material and workmanship is of a very high level. I get compliments on both bags. The team at Maxwell have also been exceptional – quick responses and have catered to my slightly hasty requests! Needless to say I’ll be purchasing further products.

    There are times where you purchase a high end/expensive product and, while nice, does not really live up to quality you were expecting for the price. This is absolutely NOT the case here. The moment I got this bag in the mail (got here fast), I noticed the superior, luxurious materials that were used and the superb quality of the workmanship that went into making it. The exterior leather is so soft and supple with a great patina. The interior canvas lining exudes quality. I realize this bag is a very expensive item, but it is worth every penny! I will have this for the rest of my life and doubt I will ever purchase another duffel bag - I won't need to.

    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalise the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalised items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) is free or Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost for UK orders. For US orders, Standard Delivery is free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.

    We ensure that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and logo sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts. This additional service can be applied to your order for £5.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in elegant silver paper, ribbon and a gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a £15 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.     Often imitated but never matched, our high-quality full-grain Vachetta leather is unrivalled due to three essential components:
