    5 A Real Value for Money
    Looks every bit the product I decided to buy. Superior leather and the make has ensured an item with very excellent quality. Not as big as some key holder cases that try to be multi-purpose with slots for currency notes, coins, credit cards, etc., but big enough to functionally hold 6 keys, though I would have loved it if it had a key chain or a detachable option for a car key. This omission, however, does not affect my 5-star opinion of the product. Though am yet to start using the case, I feel confident it's going to be long lasting, with a kind of leather that gets better with age.
    5 Elegant Quality for a Lifetime!
    This might not be the cheapest product you'll see but sometimes quality is well worth the cost. Every aspect of my transaction was outstanding. I actually received it even before the beginning of the estimated delivery timeframe. It was elegantly packaged, coming with detailed information about the construction of the key case, leather and care for the product. Everything about the case reflects the high-end quality you would expect. There are no cheap materials or sloppy machine stitching involved in this case. The craftsmanship is obvious to anyone examining the item. The color, texture and finish of the leather are all top-notch. It is smooth to the touch with no rough spots and smell amazing! The interior has six key hooks and plenty of space to fit multiple keys on each. The case is larger enough that even full it is not stretched by having nine or ten keys inside. It also easily fits my key fob. This is a very classy product that will distinguish you as a very discerning shopper. The style is classic enough that it looks amazing equally well if I pull it out of a pocket in my jeans or my designer business suit. If you purchase this key case you will not be disappointed in any way. It's something I carry around every day and I'm glad I was able to find a product that makes a bold statement about my taste in timeless elegance and world-class construction.

    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalise the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalised items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) is free or Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost for UK orders. For US orders, Standard Delivery is free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for £12.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a £15 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.
