    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalise the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalised items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    UK: Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days or Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost.

    US: Standard delivery aims to be delivered within 5 working days or Express Delivery (2-3 working days) is available at an additional charge.

    AUS: Standard delivery takes 5-8 working days or Express Delivery (3-4 working days) is available at an additional charge.

    International: Please check your relevant country in the drop-down menu at the checkout or here.

    Personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even when Next Working Day or Express Delivery has been selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.

    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for £15. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC-certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a £20 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred. Please contact us for a bespoke quote via email at [email protected] or call us on 0870 242 4684.

    Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase. Our prestigious leather is certified by the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium, a certificate of quality awarded to less than 1.5% of Italian tanneries.     Finest Full-Grain Vachetta Leather
    Often imitated but never matched, our high-quality full-grain Vachetta leather is unrivalled due to three essential components:
    1. HIDES - we source only European hides reared in perfect conditions, ensuring tough and durable leather with a quality finish.
    2. TANNING PROCESS - we use a natural centuries-old technique of vegetable-tanning which is both organic and sustainable.
    3. TANNERY - Our tannery is based in the heart of Tuscany, arguably the best region in the world. It has been awarded countless awards and delivers some of the 1.5% best leather in Italy. These factors combine to yield a premium, durable leather with exceptional visual appeal.

In contrast, coated full-grain leather loses its appeal as it ages in as little as 12 months.

The process of vegetable tanning requires considerable time and patience, as our hides immerse themselves in drums for 60 days.
